Public comment open on draft Victorian Assessment Bilateral Agreement

Comments are invited on the draft assessment bilateral agreement between the Commonwealth and the State of Victoria. The agreement will allow the Minister to rely on specified Victorian environmental impact assessment processes in making approval decisions under Part 9 of the EPBC Act.
